My receipt of your 50% of the fee as a deposit secures your dates and booking.
This is part payment of rent, and the booking is confirmed
when I receive payment
The balance is due 60 days before your stay.
If you cancel I refund all payments
less $250 handling fee, provided I can rerent the condo.
The condo sleeps up to 4 people. It is not suitable for children under 12.
There is NO SMOKING inside the condo.
Maid service is provided 3 days per week except holidays.

High Season $250 per night November - April * $1750 per week
Shoulder Season $195 per night May, October $1355 per week
Low Season $110 per night June - September $770 per week
