The Movie Colony gets its name from the popularity of the area with celebrities during the second half
of the Twentieth Century. Just further up the road is the Tony Curtis/Janet Leigh House and the first home
Dinah Shore had in the colony.
The area is bordered at the north by the lovely Ruth Hardy Park and is an ideal neighborhood for strolling and house spotting!
Just a block to the south is the Convention Center and the Agua Caliente resort Spa and Casino.
While close and convenient to downtown its position on a dead end street makes the house very quiet and private.
