Dining - table extends to seat 10
You enter into a large airy living area. there are views of the mountains on one side and the pool and tree lined garden on the other.
At one end you have a large comfortable seating area featuring both vintage and modern design pieces.
The dining area has a table which will expand to seat 10. The buffet holds all you need to set an elegant table, plus an IPod soundock so that you can customize your music for dinner or the whole day.
The original pass through door to the kitchen gives you privacy when cooking and the chance for a grand entrance with your serving platters!
Enjoy a cocktail, a casual meal or your morning coffee at the glass breakfast bar
The kitchen features top of the line appliances. All cabinets have quiet glide close doors and drawers so no more slamming!
Plus a wine fridge for your enjoyment.
The whole house has a water purifying and softening system to counteract the hard water of the desert.
The 2400 square foot house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a media room.
A perfect space for relaxing, the media room has beautiful views of the San Jacinto mountains. You have satellite TV complete with DVR should you wish to record your favourite programs while you are staying. There is also a DVD player with an extensive library of movies.
The bedroom leads in to your walk in shower and off that is the bathroom with double vanities and a soaking tub. A sliding glass door leads you straight to the pool and garden.
The second bedroom looks out on the mountains. It has a king size bed with a bathroom just across the hall which also serves as powder room for your guests.
At the other end of the house, accessed through the garden or the dining area is the casita bedroom and bath. This room features a California King bed. With a lovely view over the pool and a sense of separation this is an ideal retreat
The master bedroom has a lovely tranquil feel. You have a king size bed and there is a desk area looking out on the garden should you wish to catch up with your email (wireless internet throughout the house) or office work.
And the pool with its comfy chaises and seating area is just a step away.
